Riviera, Australia’s premium luxury motor yacht builder shone brightly at this year’s glittering fifth edition of the Boat Builder Awards, with key team member Kyle Davison, Riviera’s Supply, Planning and Production Director, a winnier of the Rising Star category.
The Boat Builder Awards celebrate every face and facet of the international boat building community. Jointly organised by IBI (International Boat Industry) and METSTRADE and held in association with Raymarine, there is no bigger honour for business achievement in the Boat Building Industry. Beaming, Mr Davison proudly accepted the honour held at the Amphitheatre of Amsterdam’s National Maritime Museum.
"I never thought I would have the chance to win any award, let alone this one. It is a real surprise and pleasure to be recognised by my peers within the boating industry from the other parts of the world" Mr Davison shared.

The luxury motor yacht builder is comprised of over 600 craftsmen and 74 apprentices, supported by a senior management team who strive to see each team member reach star status.
Kyle Davison holds a high-pressure, key role at Riviera, responsible for ensuring that each and every component is available for every Riviera model under construction at exactly the right moment. With experience in resource planning and a passion for computers, Kyle has implemented ‘just-in-time’ supply chain structures, ensuring Riviera has everything that it needs at exactly the right time and nothing more, saving time and resources. His current key role in the senior management team was a natural progression. The team at Riviera Australia is exceedingly proud of this recognition.
